    How Soon Will I Receive My Refund?
    When we confirm to cancel your order, you will be refunded within 24 hours. When we receive your return, you will be refunded in 3-5 working days upon receipt and inspection. The refund will be made to the account that the funds were originally drawn from, namely the money will be sent back in the same way it was received. If you originally paid with PayPal account balance, you can find the refund right away in your PayPal account. If you originally paid with credit card, please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to show in the bank statement. It mostly depends on how fast your bank processes the credit. Please do not request a charge back from your credit card company during the return process. Due to the time it takes to resolve charge back disputes, it is usually better to be patient and wait for the return process to run its course. Or if an unusual delay occurs, feel free to contact us for assistance.
    What happens if my furniture is damaged during delivery?

    We work with professional logistics partners and use reinforced packaging to minimize the risk of damage. If you notice any damage upon delivery, please take photos and contact our customer service immediately for a replacement or solution.

    How long does delivery take after purchase?

    Standard items are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. Customized furniture may take 15-30 days depending on production. Tracking numbers will be provided once the items are shipped.

    I Received an Incomplete Order or Missing Parts

    Please check your items within 48 hours of receipt and report any issues to customer service within 30 days of delivery. Depending on the case, we will arrange a refund, exchange, or replacement. After 30 days, charges may apply.

    Missing items: If something is missing, first verify in “My Orders” or check our emails. Since items may ship separately, confirm all packages are received. If still missing, contact customer service with your order confirmation, item details, and photos/videos of what you received.

    Missing parts: If parts are missing after checking all boxes and the Parts List, contact customer service with your order confirmation, missing part details, and evidence.

    Note: We are not responsible for labor costs or project delays due to incomplete deliveries. Please schedule installation only after inspecting all items.

    How do you handle the delivery of large or bulky furniture?

    For oversized or heavy furniture, we provide specialized delivery services to ensure safe transportation. Large items are carefully packaged and shipped with trusted logistics partners. Depending on your location, delivery may include curbside drop-off or in-home setup options. Please check the delivery details at checkout or contact our support team for assistance with special arrangements.
